We recently completed a round of interviews for IgnitED Lab’s Educational Technology Champions. Our process is a little different, as we send the questions to the candidates prior to the interview. We want to have a productive conversation about their answers and don’t want to get hung up on nerves. Take a look at the questions we ask and then come back later to meet our new team members.
